About the Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Computerworld Personnel Ltd.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading software business, driving customer success and growth through proactive account management and strategic planning.

About the Role:

  1. Develop customer relationships, enhancing their experience and building trust.
  2. Provide support to Account Managers, focusing on client satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
  4. Monitor and analyze customer data, informing business decisions and optimizing customer engagement strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer success or account management within the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and product lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite is a plus.

What We Offer:

  • Salary range: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum.
  • Annual leave entitlement: 25 days, increasing with length of service.
