Senior Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team at VIQU Limited. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure and application services.
  • Develop and maintain tools for monitoring and optimizing system performance.
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Objectives and report any deviations from technology standards.
  • Contribute to the development of the SRE service catalogue and create tools for tracking and visualizing key performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Essential background working in AWS.
  • Proven experience administering Linux or Windows server systems.
  • Experienced in containerization, particularly with Docker.
  • Competent in scripting, with Python and Bash.
  • Good understanding in Java development.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with close collaboration with development teams.
