ICT Specialist

Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled ICT Specialist to join our team at GSL Education. As an ICT Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative ICT lessons to students of varying ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver comprehensive ICT lessons aligned with the school's curriculum standards, ensuring students are well-prepared for assessments and future academic challenges.
* Implement differentiated teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities within the classroom, ensuring each student has the opportunity to excel.
* Utilise innovative and interactive teaching methods, incorporating technology and real-world applications to make computer science relevant and captivating for students.
* Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
* Collaborate with colleagues to analyse assessment data and refine teaching practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
* Teaching certification in Information Technology or Business Studies.
* PGCE/QTS/QTLS
* Proven experience teaching IT or Business Studies at the secondary level is desirable but not essential.
* Familiarity with and commitment to the principles of the school's curriculum.
