We are seeking an experienced Care Management Team Lead to join our team at Daytime Healthcare Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and operation of our domiciliary care services. This role involves coordinating with our Director, managing a team of caregivers, and promoting high-quality care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and operation of our domiciliary care services.
- Coordinate with our Director to develop policies and procedures that promote high-quality care delivery.
- Manage a team of caregivers and ensure their successful integration into our services.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in care management or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Care Standards regulations and ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Ability to recruit, select, and supervise a dispersed workforce.
