Product Management Position for Respiratory Therapy Area

About the Role:
The Product Management Graduate Role focuses on developing professional product management across the respiratory therapy area. As a key member of the team, you will help to deepen our knowledge of our markets by facilitating, analysing, and sharing insights on our customers, developments in our markets, and competitor activity.
Key Activities:
- Undertake all preparation and administration for the Respiratory Insights process to ensure it operates efficiently.
- Ensure all Insights are correctly categorised facilitating accurate analysis and allocation.
- Assist with the creation of Insights reporting.
- Run the Inspire Nurse Panel, ensuring regular and appropriate communication, prompt payment, and a highly professional approach.
- Assist with the selection of appropriate topics for the Inspire panel, the development of questionnaires, and report preparation.
- Run our competitor monitoring process, ensuring that competitor activity is recorded accurately within the agreed structure and promoting the resource to the commercial team.
- Involvement in the New Product Introduction Process, assisting with the gathering and compilation of customer feedback on prototypes and new products.
- Assist in the product life cycle process through performance reviews and product obsolescence management.

Essential:
- Educated to degree level in a business or science subject.
- Comfortable communicating with a wide range of people in a variety of ways.
- Evidence of a genuine interest in the field of Product Management.
- Access to transport.
Desirable:
- Degree classification of at least 2:2
- Experience of product management within a manufacturing business
- Experience of developing a product range
- Experience of developing a new product
- Experience of collecting and disseminating market data
- Experience of product life cycle planning and management
- Experience with medical devices
- Project management experience
- 2nd language ability
