Senior Wastewater Modelling Expert

About the Role:
RPS is seeking a highly skilled Senior Wastewater Modelling Expert to join our London team. As a key member of our Water Consulting team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hydraulic modelling and analysis services to our water industry clients.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with prior experience in urban drainage settings, proficiency in InfoWorks ICM and relevant GIS software. You should possess strong teamwork skills and the ability to integrate seamlessly into our team dynamic. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to cultivate your skills as a mentor and offer technical guidance to other modelling personnel.
Your Responsibilities:
- Technical development and delivery of wastewater catchment strategies and solutions, including hydraulic modelling and analysis, model use studies, optioneering and cost-benefit analysis studies.
- Awareness of solution feasibility and buildability engineering factors.
- Continuous improvement of tools, procedures and processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Ensuring quality of outputs and compliance with standards, specifications and governance requirements.
- Leading a team to build, maintain and manage strong and collaborative working relationships with clients.
- Line Management of project team members with responsibility for day-to-day leadership and direction, workload planning and prioritisation, provision of technical direction and support, driving staff performance, motivation and career development.
