Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, and we are seeking a skilled Senior Radiographer to join our Imaging Department.

Job Summary: As a Senior Radiographer, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans. You will also be required to participate in the on-call rota and take part in the management of the Imaging Department.

Responsibilities:
  • Carry out a range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans.
  • Participate in the on-call rota, responding to emergency situations and providing after-hours support.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including radiation safety data and quality control metrics.
  • Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • BSc Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent qualification.
  • Significant post-qualification experience as a Senior Radiographer or Team Leader.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong understanding of radiation safety principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.
