Role Overview:This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Bodyshop Manager, where you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the body shop, ensuring that customers receive excellent service and high-quality repairs.
Key Responsibilities:- To manage site resources and costs to optimise capability and profitability
- To actively and effectively manage work provider and supplier relationships
- To manage compliance to all company processes as well as current Health & Safety, PAS125 and manufacturer standards
We are looking for someone with a full driving license, a professional appearance, excellent communication skills and the ability to demonstrate a calm and confident approach.
Requirements:- IMI / ATA qualification (Desirable)
- Audatex experience (Desirable)
- Preferably 3+ years of experience in a similar role
Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per year, depending on experience
