About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Design Strategist to join our team at In Technology Group. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and overall design strategy for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough user research to gain insights into target audiences, their behaviors, and preferences. Analyze research data to inform design decisions and enhance user experiences.
  • Create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and comprehensive user flows based on project requirements, ensuring designs are intuitive, visually appealing, and functional across all platforms.
  • Design engaging, user-friendly interfaces that meet user needs while aligning with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless design implementation and final products translate design specifications into interactive, user-ready interfaces.
  • Test designs through user feedback sessions and usability testing, gathering insights to refine and iterate on designs, enhancing usability and addressing pain points.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and industry best practices, continuously refining your skills to bring innovative and effective design solutions.
  • Work within project timelines, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong, diverse portfolio.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools as required by project or team needs.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey design concepts, rationale, and requirements to team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Experience conducting usability testing and user research is a plus, along with the ability to interpret research findings to shape design strategies and improve usability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and adapting quickly to changing requirements while maintaining high work quality.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
