About Us

We are a well-established contractor operating in the Water and Environmental sectors as well as ground works and highways, serving Water Authorities, Environmental Agencies, and Local Council clients. Our projects range in value from £10K to £2M, and we act as both principal contractors and subcontractors for major Tier 1 companies.

The Role

You will join a dynamic QS team, reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Initially, you will be responsible for carrying out contractual administrative duties as you become familiar with the main tasks and progress in your development. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for growth, working alongside experienced professionals, including a Commercial Director, Managing Quantity Surveyor, and Senior Quantity Surveyors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Quantity Surveyors with contractual administration
  • Assist in the management of costs, budgets, and contract valuations
  • Contribute to tender preparation, measurement, and pricing
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Assist with producing cost reports and forecasts
Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or working towards a qualification
