Job Description:
This exciting opportunity is for a Support Professional to join our team in Winsford and Northwich. As a Support Professional, you will work closely with our service users to provide support and assistance with daily living tasks, enabling them to maintain their independence and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing person-centered care and support to adults with learning disabilities
- Assisting with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the needs of each service user
- Maintaining accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:
- Qualifications: No experience required, but candidates should be willing to undertake training and certification as necessary
- Skills: Caring, compassionate, and dedicated individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of others
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 30-48 hours per week over 3-4 shifts, with at least one sleep shift (average per week)

Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £22,000+ per year (based on £12.00 p/h plus £50 sleep allowance)
