About the Role

We are working alongside a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy that provides services within Asbestos disciplines such as Surveying, Testing, Inspection and Analysing. They are seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to work on Commercial sites throughout Wales, the Midlands and occasionally further afield.

Key Responsibilities

  • To identify asbestos containing materials in commercial settings
  • To assess the risk of materials that contain asbestos and provide expert advice
  • To possess excellent communication skills both verbally and written for effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience

  • BHOS P402 qualified is mandatory, additional qualifications are welcomed
  • A minimum of 1-4 years' experience in Asbestos Surveying with varying salaries based on expertise
  • A full UK driving license is required for site visits
  • Working knowledge of software like Microsoft Teams for seamless communication

Benefits and Remuneration

  • The salary range is between £32,000 - £38,500 based on experience
  • Every 6 months, receive an 800-1000 bonus depending on performance
  • Enjoy a bi-weekly schedule with every other Friday off
  • Pension Scheme with 9% contribution from the employer
