Job Title: Bilingual Training Developer

IMI Precision Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Training Developer to join our team.

About the Role

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position responsible for optimising the functionality of business software, primarily ERP. The successful candidate will be responsible for fielding questions, troubleshooting, overseeing the development of new functionality, and implementing process-change requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage deliverables, risks, and provide regular status updates to drive the improvement of EFAC's software.
  • Deliver EFAC's customisations via SQL, EFAC's toolset, and Report Writing (In BIRT and PowerBI).
  • Analyse ERP data to identify patterns or trends that can be used to improve business processes and report findings back to IT Systems and Business Process Manager.
  • Apply methodical problem-solving skills to resolve issues and optimise application performance.
  • Build new software applications from scratch or develop new features for existing applications as appropriate to business requirements.
  • Support end users with development opportunities, providing technical support & guidance.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in SQL, Power BI & report writing.
  • Exhibit excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise activities across multiple projects at the same time.
  • Experience of BIRT, Crystal or SSRS report writing or similar.
