The Financial Analyst will be responsible for a range of accounting duties, including:

  • Managing the sales ledger, including raising invoices and ensuring accurate recording of transactions and direct debits.
  • Preparing and updating daily cash forecasts, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Performing bank reconciliations, intercompany account reconciliations, and supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Assisting with the management of the purchase ledger.
  • Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies.
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and income reconciliations.
  • Assisting with the management of cash flow.
  • Supporting the preparation of year-end accounts.
  • Assisting with the implementation of systems and process improvements.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times and core hours of 9am - 3pm.
