About the Role:
Arco Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead the Internal Sales and Trade Counter sales team within a busy and high-profile branch of a leading Builders Merchant.
Key Responsibilities:
The Sales Manager will have 5 direct reports and be responsible for the overall sales performance of the branch. They will liaise with transport to ensure a smooth sales process, deal with stock control to ensure that customers' orders can be fulfilled, and ensure that company best practice is being adhered to at all times.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be a builders merchant industry professional with a sales focus and experience in a senior management role. They will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of sales professionals.
