About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sub Agent to join our team at EKFB, a joint venture of international civil engineering and construction companies. As a Sub Agent, you will play a crucial role in the construction strategy, including kick-off meetings, method statements, environmental and quality plans, construction programmes, procurement, and design deliverables.

You will be responsible for liaising with the Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labour, plant, materials, and temporary works to carry out activities to the required standards, programme, and budget. Additionally, you will manage the site engineering team and be responsible for the performance and development of Site and Section Engineers.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • HNC/Degree (Construction/Civil Engineering related) or equivalent.
  • Demonstration of knowledge and practical application of Site Engineering activities combined with construction supervision skills.
  • Must have experience of working on Highways/Utilities.
  • Must hold the following competencies: SMSTS and CSCS White; White-Yellow; Red - Experienced; Black - Manager or Gold - Supervisor.
  • Must have a Driving License and access to a vehicle.
