The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing multiple concurrent live projects, with a proven track record of delivering schemes up to £2m. They will be responsible for managing projects and site crews, ensuring Company Safety and Quality Objectives are met, and developing an efficient, safe, and effective team.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, able to effectively interact with customers and suppliers. They will also be responsible for maintaining good work practices, ensuring customer requirements are met, and adhering to the company's Equalities and Diversity policy.
