The Opportunity

Our client is a quality-oriented business specializing in network cabling and network management across various sectors. With a strong track record across Openreach, Virgin Media, Hyperoptic, and Fibre & Wireless networks, they bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to every project.
The Position
Job Title:
Commercial Assistant Apprentice
Apprenticeship Course:
Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner
Apprenticeship Duration:
14 months + 3 months for EPA
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday 8am-4pm
Salary:
£12,000 pa starting salary (Can be reviewed)
Role and Responsibilities:
Generating invoices
Updating trackers
Liaising with clients and senior management
Supporting on systems - Xero, Jira, Salesforce.
Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
A interest in the telecommunications industry.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
Benefits:
Starting Salary: £12,000 per annum.
Comprehensive on-the-job training and mentorship.
