About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Pilates Group Workout Instructor to join our team at Places Leisure. As a Group Workout Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and safe group fitness classes to our members, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in group fitness instruction, as well as possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our members to create a supportive and motivating environment, helping them to achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-energy and engaging group fitness classes to a variety of age groups and fitness levels
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of group fitness instruction, including Pilates and other exercise modalities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive team environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • A minimum of CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2 qualification in group fitness instruction
