About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our technical team at our busy site in Coventry. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of technical and quality standards across all aspects of the workshop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a results-focused maintenance team that drives innovation and improvement to minimise vehicle downtime.
  • Accountable for day-to-day performance, you will ensure we deliver on our service commitment to customers.
  • Offer a competitive starting salary up to £35,000 with additional 10% OTE bonus and a company car scheme or car allowance.
  • Support the development of a zero-tolerance safety culture and provide a forward-thinking, modern workshop environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to service world-renowned automotive brands including Ford, Mercedes, Vauxhall & Peugeot.

About You

  • Hold a qualified technical expert background (level 3 NVQ or City and Guilds in Light Maintenance) with a solid workshop management background.
  • Bring a common-sense business approach and a natural coaching ability to share your knowledge with others.
  • Be a people person who cares about your team and understands the importance of customer service.
  • Possess a passion for delivering outstanding results and a commitment to driving innovation and improvement.
