**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Legacy Fundraising Manager to join our team at Camphill Village Trust. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a legacy giving strategy that supports our mission to provide life opportunities for adults with a learning disability and autism.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement a legacy giving strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives
* Build and maintain relationships with legacy donors and supporters
* Collaborate with the Director of Fundraising to deliver the legacy and in-memoriam giving programme
* Embed a legacy giving culture within the organization and promote legacy and in-memoriam giving messages to colleagues and stakeholders
* Analyze data and insights to inform legacy fundraising strategies and tactics

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in legacy fundraising and donor giving strategies
* Ability to manage and lead the legacy function
* Evidence of achieving annual fundraising targets and managing budgets
* Strong personal track record of achieving significant legacy support and building long-term relationships
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work effectively with teams and build relationships internally and externally
