Welder / Fabricator Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Welder / Fabricator to join our client's team. The successful candidate will have significant fabrication experience and be able to work well in a small team, taking the initiative and responsibility of working on their own.

The role involves working with thin wall materials, including Stainless Steel, Inconel, and Aluminium, and requires a strict attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines. Familiarity with working from technical drawings is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • TIG welding mainly, with some MIG
  • Cut, assemble, and fabricate / weld, for the most part in jigs, metallic assemblies
  • Responsible for quality and timely completion of parts to agreed standards
  • Work from drawings, work orders, and job information packs
  • Liaise with the Supervisor, ensuring a full understanding of each job's requirements
