This role presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist to join our Operations Function in Bolto. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Manufacturing processes and tools, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and influence various stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include supporting the Operations Function with training and development improvement initiatives, developing standardised training plans and skills matrices, and conducting skills assessments of the Operations community.

We offer a highly competitive salary package, estimated at £45,000 per annum, and a flexible working arrangement that includes 4 days a week on site / 1 day a week remotely. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Training Department and L&D team to develop new training delivery methods and maintain close links to areas such as NPI, digital systems, and the technology roadmap.
