About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Christmas Support Team as Sales Floor Assistants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide fast and friendly service to customers, assisting them in finding the perfect products
  • Share your passion and knowledge about our products with customers, helping to drive sales and meet targets
  • Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards across the sales floor, ensuring a clean and easy-to-shop environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives, including processing deliveries and maintaining stock levels
  • Support colleagues in achieving their performance targets, providing guidance and assistance when needed
About You:

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations. As a successful candidate, you will have:

A proven ability to work well under pressure, maintaining a calm and efficient demeanor even during peak periodsThe flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, and the ability to travel to other stores if requiredAn enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environmentBenefits:
