About the Role
The National Trust is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at Emmetts and Chartwell. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and look after everyone who comes to the café, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to prepare and serve food and drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Use your excellent communication skills to understand customer needs and preferences, making recommendations and providing a personalized service.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, supporting colleagues and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are equipped to deliver outstanding service.
