As a Technical Director in Mechanical Engineering, you will play a vital role in shaping our business development and mechanical engineering endeavors, working on transformative projects for critical infrastructure.

Your Role:
  1. Oversee technical delivery and safety to high-quality levels across multiple projects and programmes, acting as a point of escalation for complex technical matters.
  2. Develop technical strategic direction for projects and bid proposals, serving as a subject-matter-expert.
  3. Promote an agenda of technical excellence and continuous improvement within the practice, ensuring quality assurance standards in design.
  4. Collaborate with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
  5. Ensure quality assurance standards in design.
  6. Cultivate the growth, development, and management of mechanical engineering capability within the practice.
  7. Establish strategic partnerships with clients, positioning yourself as their go-to person within your technical field.

Requirements:
  1. Chartered or Fellow Mechanical Engineer.
  2. Thorough knowledge of mechanical equipment, such as pumps, blowers, screens, and chemical dosing plant, along with a deep understanding of current UK design standards and working practices.

Compensation Package:
