Established electronics design engineering team seeks a senior professional to take on key responsibilities. Based at People Source Consulting trading as Experis in Middlewich, this role offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development.
Salary: £60,000 per annum (estimated), with the potential for a 10% pension contribution. A full-time position of 36 hours per week.
As a seasoned electronics engineer, you will lead in specifying and delivering critical objectives to drive product development. Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, you will leverage your expertise to create innovative solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electronic hardware, from specification to production.
Your Expertise:
- A proven track record in analogue circuit design.
- Experience with high voltage power supply design and complex PCBs.
- Programming skills in C, C++, and C#.
- Familiarity with ARM processors, VHDL FPGA design, and Xilinx/Altera technology.
- Understanding of Design for Manufacture and RF design techniques.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities, both individually and within larger systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Electronics or a related scientific field.
- Project management experience, including requirements definition.
- Background in scientific instrumentation.
