About the Role

Nuffield Health is seeking a Housekeeper / Domestic Assistant to support our colleagues and patients in creating a safe and pleasant environment. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare various areas, including patient rooms and public spaces, to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for customers.
  • Use cleaning products and equipment effectively to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Remove waste and recyclables, and update records on the computer to ensure accurate tracking.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and respectful attitude, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients and colleagues alike.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work on an ad-hoc basis, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems and processes.
