Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Revit/BIM Technician to join our Asset Information Team at Belcan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating, modifying, and maintaining Building Information Models to support the Facilities Management of our extensive asset portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and edit clients' modelled information using Revit
  • Conduct surveys to validate existing/newly acquired information and create content that adheres to company standards
  • Employ best practices in modelling, including experience with ACC/BIM 360 Cloud Environment, ISO19650 Suite, Navisworks clash detection/model coordination, drawing/document management control, and COBie
  • Populate and have knowledge of COBie, AutoCAD, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering (MEP)
Requirements:
  • Experience with Revit and BIM software
  • Understanding of ISO19650 Suite and modelling best practices
  • Knowledge of ACC/BIM 360 Cloud Environment and Navisworks clash detection/model coordination
  • Experience with COBie, AutoCAD, and MEP
