Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concession Manager to join our team in Reading. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the fashion and retail sectors, with a proven track record of success in management roles.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and promotions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
