Customer Experience Champion

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for a Customer Renewal Advisor to join our outstanding Bristol team.
We offer a competitive salary of around £25,000 - £30,000 per year, depending on experience.
This full-time role involves taking calls from RAC members discussing membership or renewal. You will be an expert on RAC Breakdown Cover features and benefits, and have excellent customer service skills to keep them onboard.
The key responsibilities include:
- Retaining and renewing members at the best price for them and RAC, meeting and exceeding targets for business growth.
- Working in a fast-paced environment, effectively engaging with members, reviewing customer memberships, and providing great customer service.
- Demonstrating empathy and building rapport with customers, as well as being self-motivated and passionate about finding the right outcomes.
