Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified ACCA/ACA Accounts and Audit Senior to provide audit, accountancy, and tax services to a diverse client base. As a key member of the audit department, you will have the opportunity to progress and develop your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead audit and accountancy projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and excellent client service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the audit team to identify and address client risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the development of audit methodologies and procedures, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified with a strong background in audit or audit and accounts.
- Proven experience in a Top Tier/Mid Tier/Top 50 or independent accountancy practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in audit software and systems.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range of £44,000 - £48,000, dependent on experience and background.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days annual leave, 5% pension, death in service, private healthcare, and income protection.
