About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an In-Class Support Assistant in Highbridge. This role offers the opportunity to work with children and young people who require additional support due to SEN.


You will be responsible for supporting 1:1 in class or in small groups, helping pupils to remain focused, and building strong relationships with pupils and teaching staff. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, resilience, and initiative.
