We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering sustainable net zero outcomes for our clients, helping our people to realize their potential, and contributing to the creation of a prosperous society.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full procurement process, from tender to contract negotiation, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with main contractors, ensuring collaborative and robust working practices.
  • Provide expert advice on NEC forms of contract and other relevant procurement procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of hydrogen-based projects, leveraging your knowledge of the hydrogen market.
  • Work closely with our team to promote a healthy, productive, and flexible working environment that respects work-life balance.
  • Support the creation of an inclusive environment for all employees, actively encouraging applications from diverse sectors of the community.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cost management and procurement, with a strong understanding of NEC forms of contract.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the hydrogen market and experience working on hydrogen-based projects is highly desirable.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
