Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Fundraising Communications Specialist to join our High Value Communications team. As part of this role, you will develop and share key fundraising resources, bespoke materials, and engaging messages that communicate the need for and impact of our work with children.

This is a critical position that requires someone with excellent writing skills, a strong eye for detail, and experience in presenting information in a clear and persuasive way for various audiences. You should also be a skilled project manager with great organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing effective fundraising strategies, as well as creating compelling content that resonates with donors. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic fundraising communications plans that drive engagement and donations
  • Create high-quality content, including reports, case studies, and other materials that showcase the impact of our work
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging across all channels
  • Analyse data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of fundraising campaigns and make informed decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in fundraising, preferably in a non-profit or charity setting
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
