The Role

We're seeking a skilled Billing/Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing processes. As a key member of our finance and data teams, you'll be responsible for analysing billing data, identifying discrepancies, and supporting the development of systems that optimise our billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed billing analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance billing processes and ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Support the finance department with revenue assurance and data integrity checks.
  • Develop and maintain billing models and reports to provide clear insights into performance.
  • Work with large datasets to ensure accuracy and efficiency in billing cycles.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing system improvements for billing automation.
  • Communicate with customers and stakeholders to resolve billing inquiries and issues.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a billing analyst or data analyst role, ideally within the energy sector (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with billing systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems).
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
  • A passion for renewable energy and sustainability is desirable.
