Job Overview

The Outpatient Department at the Hospital of St John and St Elizabeth is a dynamic and patient-focused environment where we strive to deliver exceptional care. The department boasts 25 consulting rooms equipped with state-of-the-art technology, providing a comfortable and spacious setting for patients and staff alike. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to patient admission and treatment protocols at all times.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation using hospital-approved systems, in line with NMC and hospital guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with ward and hospital policies, professional standards, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
  • Assess patient needs, plan, implement, and evaluate care, documenting all interactions and interventions.
  • Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, hospital departments, relatives, and visitors to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Ensure quality care by adhering to agreed standards and informing seniors of any concerns or challenges.
