About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to coordinate and deliver our T-Level program in Construction at Hertford Regional College.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the full range of professional services associated with programs of teaching, learning, and assessment across a range of courses and student support.
  • Coordinate and deliver T-Level curriculum and delivery, working with our team of placement coordinators to support high-quality industry placements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employers and education providers to ensure the content meets the needs of industry and prepares students for entry into skilled employment, an apprenticeship, or related technical study.
  • Support the development of T-Level curriculum and delivery, working with the AOC and ETF to ensure alignment with industry needs.
Requirements
  • Experience in supporting or leading a T-levels curriculum.
  • Experience of working with employers and young people.
  • Experience of delivering training.
  • Experience of the built environment and industry practices.
  • Experience in sustainability and renewable practices (Green Skills).
  • An understanding of site management practices.
Desirable Skills
  • Science and Building Technology.
  • Surveying and design for construction and the built environment.
  • Civil Engineering.
  • Building services design.
  • Hazardous materials analysis and surveying.
