Cocktail Bartender

We are seeking a skilled Cocktail Bartender to join our team at The Merchant Hotel Cocktail Bar. The ideal candidate will be passionate about drinks and sharing their knowledge with our customers.

The successful candidate will also be excited to develop themselves by having the opportunity to work with the very top bars from around the world as part of our "bar takeover program".

We have a full-time role available, this is hourly paid at £11.44 and includes a generous service charge.

A full-time member of staff could expect to earn on average an additional £100-£150 per week through service charge paid weekly through payroll.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve cocktails to the highest standard
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent service
