Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team in Bracknell and Farnborough. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes with dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate care and support to clients, including personal care, medication management, and domestic support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • One year's experience in care work (preferable but not essential)
  • Education to GCSE or equivalent (preferable)
  • Full comprehensive and ongoing training with regular mentoring
  • Full learning and development programme, including access to NVQ (RQF) Level 2 and 3

Benefits

  • Competitive salary, increasing after a three-month probation period
  • Excellent rates of pay: £12.00 per hour Monday to Friday, £13.00 per hour Saturday and Sunday, bank holidays at time and a half, Christmas Day and New Year's Day at double time
  • Enhanced pay rates for experienced care workers

  • 28 days holiday per year, inclusive of bank holidays (pro-rated for part-time workers)
