Thrive Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team in Chippenham. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for assisting the Night Shift Manager in ensuring the smooth running of warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Night Shift Manager in overseeing warehouse operations, including stock management and control.
- Manage and coach the warehouse team to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Promote and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations management, with a strong focus on team leadership and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to take responsibility and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Counterbalance Forklift certification is essential.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of up to £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
- A average 40 hours per week, night shift schedule.
