Research and Innovation Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced professional to join our Research and Innovation Contracts Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide-ranging portfolio of contracts, including research collaboration agreements, studentship agreements, consultancy agreements, grant agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating research and consultancy agreements.
- Building relationships with academics and colleagues from professional services.
- Explaining legal and contract management obligations to academics and post-award colleagues to ensure their understanding of, and compliance with, terms.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of contract negotiation.
- Knowledge of the principles of contract law and understanding of contractual terms.
- Enthusiastic, creative, and agile individuals with the ability to manage changing priorities in response to new cases and/or information.
