Senior Care Manager

The Senior Care Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our care team and driving the growth of a successful care team who deliver high-quality personal care services to our service users.
Key responsibilities include ensuring the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet service demands, maintaining the required standard of care work, and ensuring all processes are followed and correctly controlled and documented.
The ideal candidate will be an efficient, organised, and experienced manager who is passionate about providing the best in community care, with a solid understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework relating to our services.
