Architectural Draftsman

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technician to join our team as a key member in delivering high-quality architectural drawings and technical documentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed drawings using AutoCAD, conducting site visits to ensure designs are feasible and compliant with regulations, and contributing to design reviews.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician or similar to further their career with a growing architectural practice that offers training, progression, and the chance to work on a variety of exciting projects.

The Role:

• Produce high-quality architectural drawings, technical documentation, and conduct site visits.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure timely project delivery.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and team members.
• Support project delivery.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of building design principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A full UK driver's license.
• Commutable to Kilrea, Ballymena.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
