We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Designer to join our team at Brandon James. As a Construction Designer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and success of our projects.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction and design, with a focus on safety and risk management. You will be responsible for managing and advising on design safety risks for our portfolio of projects, working closely with our team of CDM Advisors and Architects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and advise on design safety risks for our portfolio of projects
  • Work closely with our team of CDM Advisors and Architects to ensure project safety and success
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to minimize risk
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Construction qualification
  • Tech IOSH certification
  • APS membership
  • Design degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Surveying
  • At least 1 year of experience in a CDM role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
