We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Severn Trent Water. As a Waste Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving tangible improvement in our waste assurance processes to meet company targets and external commitments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the assurance process for key waste performance measures, identifying and developing process improvement opportunities and managing through to implementation.
- Develop and maintain accurate and reliable data to inform business decisions and drive improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with waste operational teams, strategic contract partners, and customer teams to drive and deliver measurable improvement.
- Provide expert analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop improvement options.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Manage and track the benefits of assurance improvement initiatives and take accountability for escalating and driving decisions where progress is at risk.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of waste water performance data to meet internal and external requirements.
- Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience with PowerBI and Excel, with the ability to develop and maintain accurate and reliable data.
- Strong knowledge of waste water processes and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive improvement initiatives.
