About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and team-spirited Conveyancing Professional to join our welcoming team at TN Recruits. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting clients with housing association matters, including shared ownership options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide guidance on co-ownership and assist clients in establishing a home with their partner.
  • Transaction Management: Manage transactions involving the sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold properties.
  • Right to Buy Scheme: Assist clients in navigating the Right to Buy scheme for council-owned homes.
  • Property Advice: Prepare and offer advice on tenancy agreements, leases, and property investments such as buy-to-let.
  • Financial Guidance: Connect clients with financial advisers to help them secure the necessary funding for their property transactions.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Solicitor, CILEx, or CLC qualification with 0-5 years PQE.
  • Client Focus: Strong commitment to providing a client-focused service.
  • Teamwork: Must demonstrate strong teamwork skills and thrive in a friendly, collaborative work environment.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
