Key Responsibilities:

* Monday to Friday 8:00am-16:30pm
* 28 days holiday
* Company pension
* Salary £45k-£60k depending on experience (negotiable)

About the Role:

As an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed estimates for construction projects. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that all aspects of the project are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Proficient in construction estimating software
