Estate Steward

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Repairs and Maintenance Service as an Estate Steward/Labourer. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a range of tasks within the Council Housing stock and surrounding external areas.

• Undertake general tasks within void and occupied properties, including cleaning, decorating, and gardening.
• Work alongside our landscapers to undertake fencing, paving/paths, and other external works for a minimum of 2 days per week.
• Ensure safe working practices are always adhered to, with experience of the Health and Safety at Work Act.
• Meet our high standards for quality completed works and high customer satisfaction.

• A full current UK driving licence is essential, as the post holder will be required to move between properties and travel to different locations as required.
• Ability to work on your own initiative with minimum supervision.
• Flexibility to work throughout the district when required.
