We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support during the recruitment process and work closely with hiring managers to ensure efficient and well-organised processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for various roles
  • Manage offer letters, contracts, and the new starter process
  • Verify and upload right to work documents for new employees
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS (applicant tracking system)
  • Update talent databases with up-to-date information on availability, skills, and profiles
  • Serve as a point of contact for talent inquiries and concerns, ensuring smooth communication and confidentiality

About You:

  • You will be a strong administrator with excellent organisational skills and a process-driven approach
  • You will be proactive, confident, and able to apply your initiative to tasks and projects
  • You will be computer literate and able to learn and use new systems efficiently
  • You will have a positive attitude and a desire to learn and develop your skills
  • A valid driving licence and access to your own transport are essential requirements

The Role:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday
  • Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Additional company benefits available

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process and be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
